Materials: Fine clay from the Banas River; Resin from the Dhonk Tree and local stone powder used in slurry; Cow dung cakes used as fuel for firing.

Process: Items are shaped with simple tools made from discarded objects; Textured with intricate patterns, burnished, and dried; Dipped in slurry, polished, and fired in a sealed kiln to create a smoky atmosphere; Firing gives the pottery a unique blackish-grey finish.
Design Inspiration: Motifs inspired by the Trinetra Ganesh Temple and local flora & fauna, especially tigers. - Hamper includes 1 Sawai Madhopur Black Pottery craft Rakhi, 2 pcs mini chocolates, 1 unbaked clay deep with kapoor-ghee batti, roli+chawal teeka, and 1 hand painted 'Happy Rakhi' card that goes with your personalized message!
